Fue bien la verdad, ya conocíamos este tipo de restaurante. No tuvimos que esperar nada para sentarnos, el personal súper amable y atentos. Yo pedí una cerveza con el menu. Atencion correcta en la recepcion, pero con ciertos matices en la mesa, pedimos 3 "Original Legendary Burger" y en ningun caso nos preguntaron el punto de la carne. Aparte la salsa que se aporto no era la adecuada. Tampoco disponia la mesa de otras salsa, para poder aderezar las patatas o la propia burger. Como curiosidad dire que uno de nosotros pidio agua mineral y nos la trajeron directamente en el vaso no en botella como seria logico. Los refrescos igual. Translate this opinion into English.

Tuve q realizar una reserva a traves de la web oficial de hard rock, ya que con el pase de civitatis no se puede reservar hora Nada más llegar al restaurante, sin preguntarnos si quiera, nos dicen q el local esta cerrado para servicio de cena, le tuve q explicar que tenia reserva. Una vez comprobado, nos dan la mesa, comida y servicio bastante regulero, tampoco nos gustó q quitaran platos de uno, cuando la otra persona no habia acabado.

Un desastre, mal los camareros, vergonzoso, creo que Civitatis no debería trabajar con locales como este, comida mala, pasada la hamburguesa, el salmón una piedra, servicio mal, local vacío y tardamos 2,30 minutos para cenar, la bebida la pusieron media hora más tarde después de terminar de cenar en fin muy mal el servicio.
