Un día quedo el bus en panne , ninguna explicación, tuvimos que bajarnos y continuar pie. Al día siguiente el bus atropelló a un ciclista , lo mismo , el conductor se preocupó de fotografiar y filmar la situación , y de los pasajeros nada . Horrible experiencia, las dos veces quedamos botados

Después de llamar varias veces a civitatis para que nos dijeran de dónde sale el bus turístico nos decían que en la plaza grande de Bruselas y no es cierto, está enuna de las paradas totalmente escondida en una calle que es imposible encontrarla , nos tuvieron que ayudar un taxista a buscar la parada del autobús

Foi mau, há muitos poucos autocarros a circular e para além disso a volta termina muito cedo. O audio guia não é bom, pois não explica nada sobres os monumentos que vamos passando nem diz que se encontra á direita ou á esquerda, por exemplo, , fala apenas de coisas sobre a Bélgica mas não menciona o que estamos a ver, parecendo apenas um passeio por meio das ruas pois não sabemos a que se refere.

Lamentamos que a experiência não tenha atendido às suas expectativas. Na Civitatis, queremos que nossos hóspedes tenham a melhor experiência possível. Para isso, tomamos nota de todos os comentários com a intenção de melhorar.

Non è’ un’esperienza che rifarei. quando devi risalire non sai mai bene se e’ già passato o tra quanto passerà. Sopra fa freddo, quindi da non prendere in inverno.
