Muy bien, es muy práctica y puedes ahorrar dinero si la sabes aprovechar. Cogimos la de 1 día. Deberían existir mas sitios para recoger las tarjetas o hacerlas virtuales y así no hace falta recogerlas. Por lo menos donde yo la usé en Bruselas. Translate this opinion into English.

Informazioni fuorvianti: la versione per mobile non esiste, bisogna andare in centro per stampare la card che acquisti on line. Molte persone (come me) non acquisterebbero la card on line se sapessero che bisogna andare in un ufficio in centro per attivarla, peccato che te ne accorgi solo quando vai nel primo museo e ti dicono che devi attivarla da qualche parte na non sanno dirti dove. Per capire dove era l’ufficio ho dovuto perdere mezz’ora on line.

Pensavamo che una volta arrivati all’infopoint ci dessero una tessera per accedere a tutto ovvero musei e mezzi di trasporto invece non è stato così , la tessera siamo andati noi ad attivarla e in più, ci hanno dato un’informazione errata su dove attivare la card: la ragazza ci ha detto che potevamo attivarla alla stazione, ma non è così! là si può attivare solo alla fermata della metro.

Buenas, después del precio q hemos pagado por ella. No hemos podido utilizarla nada más q un día en un museo. Ya q en la oficina de turismo nos dieron unos papeles con unos códigos y sin más explicación. Y creo q en la oficina debería haber gente q manejarse el español siendo muchos los turistas q pasamos por ella o por lo menos q nos ofrecieran algún tipo de ayuda. De todo el viaje, q nos ha encantado , esto de las tarjetas lo peor. Gracias

Hello, after the price we paid for it, we were only able to use it for one day in a museum. At the tourist office they gave us some papers with some codes and no further explanation. And I think that at the office there should be people who can speak Spanish, as there are many tourists who pass through it, or at least offer us some kind of help.
