Day trip to Bruges and Gante. Our guide, Alvaro, was very polite, inteligent and funny. It went really well and there was no need to rush the explanation. Great trip, Beautiful Cities.

Our tour guide was amazing. Diogo was very intelligent and knew all the history of ghent and brugges. He also knew all the good local hot spots to go. The only downside is I felt rushed at times and felt that the directions for where the bus meets needed to be more clear. We had to spend an additional $20 to catch a train to meet the group. Although when we did find them it was an amazing time.

We were with Jamal and clearly he knows what he’s talking about. We loved his storytelling and everything went well. He sends location on WhatsApp for the meeting point and that was VERY helpful for us and it should be a must when traveling with a tour guide.

For Jamal and Pablo, 5 stars! Both were great and Jamal in particular who was my guide, was fantastic. Jamal was not only extremely knowledgeable but funny too. He had recommendations for every stop and taught me facts about Brussels, Bruges and Ghent I would never have known otherwise. Thank you both for a fabulous day. For the coach: 2 stars. It was clean and comfortable but the toilet was out of order. For a day with lots of travelling I thought this was unacceptable.

Concerning organization everything ok except the fact that you should give some more attention to the englishspeaking guests. I know the majority is spanish, but we payed aswell. Maybe headphones on the bus? The bus service and driver excellent. The guide Jamal excellent.

The day trip to the two citys in the same day is kind of rushed, but possible. If you get a little bit distracted you can loose your guide. If you have just one day and you want to visit both cities, do it!
