el Personal, guía y conductor, muy bien, las audioguías una basura, la mitad no funcionaban, y las que si, apenas se oían y muchísimas interferencias, que siendo un grupo de mas de 50, fue como no tener guía para gran parte del grupo. Al parecer es un problema recurrente que no soluciona la empresa.

La guía Ana fue excelente, sin embargo las radios para escuchar la explicación no funcionaron casi para nada y además tienes que pagar 1euro si no llevas audífonos con entrada auxiliar. El tour es algo corto pero ves las partes importantes, aunque creo que vas corriendo un poco. A pesar de todo la pasamos muy bien, las ciudades muy lindas.

El guia Juan Antonio fue el que nos tocó, y en Gante nos perdió a 5 personas al principio de la visita, salió de la iglesia y no esperó a que saliéramos todos, por lo que la visita guiada que teníamos contratada no se nos dió. El grupo era de 20 personas por lo que te falten 5 personas se nota. Cuando lo encontramos ya habían terminado la visita y nos dijo que el saca el palo para que los sigamos y claro , bueno danto entender que el que le siga bien y el que no pues se aguanta.
