The activity was good but it is not for middle age people or old people, the guide which provide the tour, do not have the considerations for this kind of people because when you need a bath or something sweet like chocolate or coffee to be able to bear the trip, they do not help. They take an inconsiderate attitude, they don't even help to find a nearby bathroom for the emergency of these people. So in this cases, I don’t recommend it.

We work at all times with the most professional and best prepared guides in the sector. However, they have to be aware of the group as a whole so that everything goes according to plan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused.

The pick up and any commentary on the way was mainly Spanish but once there the other guide was met and used English. Basically it was a bus ride to ansterdam as the main guide and tourists were Spanish

The guides always try to give the same explanations in all the languages included in the tour. If some clients ask more questions in one language, it is most likely that the guide will give this explanation mainly in this language. We are glad you enjoyed the tour.

Rob, our guide In Amsterdam, was amazing! Loved having a guide that was born in New Jersey but made Amsterdam his home. He was funny, knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. The only thing that kept us from giving the tour a 5 was the guide on the bus on the way. He spoke in Spanish for most of the trip, said that he would say the same thing in English, but it was obvious we weren’t getting the same information or attention. The driver was great!

We booked the tour in English and ended up with a Spanish speaking group with a Spanish speaking tour guide who didn’t know about us. When eventually we departed with them and got to Amsterdam, the tour guide handed us over to another English speaking tour guide who seemed really rushed in doing the tour and didn’t explain to us correctly where we need to meet the whole group and got lost. when we saw the bus leaving WITHOUT US we ran after it and the driver didn’t want to open but the guide did

The supplier has informed us that the tour was done entirely in English. Due to some confusion, you waited at the back of the Central Station, which is the meeting point, and so the bus left. We are glad that the incident was finally solved.

Slightly disappointed with the trip. No english guide on bus although booked an english speaking tour. Was given an english guide once we arrived in Amsterdam but expected much more from this trip than simly going round back roads in Amsterdam. Could have done this trip alone from brussels by train.

In the descripcion it is possible to check that the guided tour will start once the customers arrive in Amsterdam.
